Where is my iPad?
Once your loan is funded, you will receive an e-mail from hello@giftingbydesign.com to redeem your iPad and provide your preferred shipping address. Once the iPad is shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the tracking information. The shipment will arrive via FedEx, and a signature will be required upon delivery. Due to the holiday season, please allow 11-12 weeks for delivery of your iPad.
My loan was just purchased by AmeriHome, am I able to get a free iPad?
Unfortunately, AmeriHome’s purchase of your existing loan does not make you eligible for this offer. To be eligible, you must submit an application on or after February 1, 2022, lock in your rate by September 30, 2022 and close your loan with AmeriHome by December 31, 2022

My iPad is broken or faulty.
If your iPad arrives damaged, please contact Gifting by Design at hello@giftingbydesign.com. Their team will assist in providing options to repair or replace your iPad. If proof of purchase is needed, contact Gifting by Design and the information will be provided.
